Katadyn Hiker Replacement Cartridge is the recommended replacement cartridge for the Katadyn Hiker.
Lightweight and easy to use design is the best choice for all around use. Unique, pleated cartridge design provides fast and easy pumping.

Katadyn Hiker Replacement Cartridge Main Features:

• Large filter surface of 271 cm² (107 square inches) makes pumping easy
• Approximately 48 strokes per minute to provide 1 litre of water
• Compatible with The Katadyn Hiker Water Filter
• Active carbon core reduces unpleasant tastes and odours from the water
• Before first use, flush system by pumping approximately 0.5 litres of water through the unit to remove harmless ceramic dust.
• Note: Before each use, pump and discard a small amount (0.2 litres) of water to remove any stale taste.
• Where possible, place untreated water in container, and wait for sediment to settle out until water appears clear, then filter from water above the sediment.
