| The Petzl Myo XP headtorch is an awesome new headtorch design from Petzl that utilises a single very powerful LED (so powerful it carries a warning not to look directly into the beam!) to provide a great range of lighting options in a very lightweight unit. The Petzl Myo XP headtorch provides three different lighting levels as well as an exceptionally powerful boost mode which ramps up the light level by 50% on the normal maximum for 20 seconds. Usefully, The Petzl Myo XP headtorch includes a battery life indicator to make it far easier to avoid being caught in the dark. • High-powered single LED design. • Exceptionally versatile. • Adjustable elastic headband. • Optional topstrap (included) maximises stability. • Three light levels: economic (20m beam max), optimum (35m beam max) and maximum (45m beam max). • Boost mode for up to 20 seconds provides a 65m beam. • Maximum burn time of around 170 hours on economic setting (drops to around 70 hours on maximum). • Flip-up wide angle lens for ‘flood’ lighting. • Battery life indicator warns when batteries are approximately 70% and 90% drained. • Light body tilts to ensure light goes exactly where you want it. • Switches are protected to help avoid accidental operation. • Water-resistant. • Weighs only 175g including batteries (100g without). • Uses 3 x AA batteries (included). |
