| The Lifesystems Expedition 50 spray is an effective 50% DEET 100ml insect repellent. The Lifesystems Expedition 50 spray insect repellent spray uses a 50% DEET -(N,N-diethyl-meta-toluamide) soloution. DEET is generally accepted as being the most effective insect repellent available. The Lifesystems Expedition 50 is a DEET insect repellent spray intended for people heading for areas with a high level of threat from insect-borne diseases such as Malaria. This Lifesystems Expedition 50% DEET solution provides protection from 5-8 hours with each application. Be cautious when using DEET around some plastics (e.g. sunglasses, watch straps, rucksacks etc) as it can dissolve them!
