| The Barska Blackhawk series of binoculars are where barium crown glass prisms are introduced into the range – these have a higher glass density than boro-silicate prisms which lessens light scattering and produces sharper images. This model is suitable for a host of travel and outdoors uses. The Blackhawks are waterproof: ideal for use in wetter conditions. Blue lenses: better than red if you want to watch birds or other wildlife, as red lenses look like predators’ eyes (we’re told) and scare away the critters! • Magnification: 12 X. • Objective Lens Diameter: 25mm. • Field of view: 87m. • Minimum focus distance: 10m. • Exit pupil: 2.1mm. • Fully coated lenses (blue). • Roof prisms (barium crown glass). • Centre focusing (plus adjustable eyepiece). • Rubber body. • Rubber fold-down eyecups. • Waterproof. • Weight: 400g. |
