Ruff Wear Top Rope Collar Forest Green is a unique design which allows you to conveniently position the V-ring attachment at the top of the dogs neck for quick leash clip-in.  All metal Talon Buckle provides ballast to keep the V-ring in place at the top of the neck while ensuring a strong connection.  The one-piece anodized aluminum V-ring creates a secure leash attachment point and the silicone logo label includes a separate ID attachment point to minimize the possibility of clipping your leash to the ID tag split ring.  A tag silencer is also included to reduce tag jingle.
