How Aktive8.com works
Aktive8 operates 2 outlets in addition to this online store and we like
to keep all of our customers happy. This website and our efficient service
should put a smile on your face and give you more time to be out there
doing what you love doing. If you however have any concerns or questions

How to order
Check out the products online. When you find something that catches your
eye you can add it to your shopping basket you can add as many
items to your basket as you need. Once you have finished shopping simply
click go to checkout. This area of the site is secure, you
can enter your personal and payment details without any worries about
your details going anywhere they shouldn't. The rest is up to us
we will pack and post the goods to you as fast as we can so that you can
get out there and enjoy them!
Ways to pay
You can pay online using Visa, MasterCard or Debit Cards. We have chosen
the tried and tested HSBC payment service to carry out all transactions.
You will be conected to their own secure server when making payment -
100% guaranteed. All prices are in British Pounds Sterling.
Delivery and Postage
All orders placed with Aktive8 before 2pm (Monday to Friday) will be posted
to you on the same day, provided they are in stock, and will be sent priority
mail. Well do our best to send out orders placed after 2pm on the
same day if we cant make it then they will be sent by 2pm
the following day. Weekend and Bank Holiday orders are sent on the next
working day. This should mean that you receive goods within 2-3 working
days. At present we only post products to locations within the UK.
We do our best to keep the website up to date with our stock levels but
high demand on some products does mean we sometimes run dry on certain
bits of gear. If this happens with an order you have placed, we will make
contact to advise of a new despatch date we will leave it to you
to decide whether to accept this date or cancel you order for a refund.
Free Delivery
We currently offer free delivery for all orders shipped within the UK. Orders shipped outwith the U.K. will incur a postage charge calculated on checkout.
Exchanges and Refunds
If your choice turns out to be not quite what you had in mind or is the
wrong size or colour - send it back to us unused and with original packaging
within 30 days and we'll happily swap it or provide a refund. The cost
of getting the goods back to us is yours, but we cover the cost of sending
any replacement back to you.
Warranties
If something you buy from us is faulty or breaks when it shouldnt,
send it back to us and explain what the problem is we will act
quickly to either refund or replace the item and we will cover the cost
of the postage back to us and the postage cost of sending out replacements.
Sizing
Sizing is an interesting one, especially as we deal with quite a number
of different brands. See our size
chart for further information.
Personal details
Any details you provide to us when purchasing products will be kept confidential
and will not be passed on to third parties. We use the information you
provide to allow us to process your orders. We also like to keep in touch
with our customers and keep them up to date on latest specials and new
information we only do this with your agreement, so please opt-in
if you would like us to stay in touch. You can contact us to opt-out
at any stage if you should change your mind.
